3. You can work out at your own pace and time.
4. Brisk walking or fast jogging can be easily emulated with the use of a
treadmill since the speed can be increased or increased. Thus, you can use it to

On the other hand, the downside of some older treadmill models is the annoying
motor sound. In addition, you cannot replace the wonderful feel of the wind
against your face while running outdoors, or the added benefits on your exercise
